2. Energy consumption

The main energy consumption types of our company are as follows:

1. Water consumption

The construction of this project is located in Qilu Chemical Industrial Park, Linzi District. The water supply pipe network of the park mainly includes the two major water supply companies in Linzi District, Tianrun and Tianqiyuan Company. The water supply of this project will rely on the water supply pipe network of Tianqiyuan Company, and the water supply capacity can meet the needs of the project.

①Water usage of the project:

The water used in the project includes production water supply, domestic water supply, and circulating water supplementary water, with an annual consumption of 5,700 tons and a water supply pressure of 0.5MPa. Steam condensate as part of company water.

②The unit product water consumption index of the main products:

5700t/a, equivalent to 0.38 ton/ton product (total product)

2. Power supply

The power consumption of our company's factory area is divided into two lines, namely, the power supply station of Qilu Chemical Industry Zone (10KV) of the Linzi Branch Center of the State Grid Zibo Power Supply Company and the power grid of Qilu Petrochemical Company (6KV). After the voltage reaches 380/220V, the buried cable is sent to the power distribution room of the project workshop for use by each user point.

The electricity load of the production equipment of the project:

2800000kWh/a, power consumption per unit product is 186kWh/a

3. Natural gas consumption

① Natural gas consumption

The natural gas of this project mainly provides combustion energy for the heat transfer oil furnace, and the heat transfer oil furnace provides heat energy for the production process of the production device. The natural gas for this project comes from Sincerity Gas Company, and the gas supply capacity can meet the needs of the project. The natural gas consumption is as follows:

55.55N m²/h, about 400,000 N m²/a, the unit consumption per ton of product is about 26.66N m²/a t

4. The amount of steam used

The steam of this project adopts the medium and low pressure steam supplied by the park. The steam of the project comes from the steam pipeline network of the chemical park, and the main steam supply methods are Qilu Petrochemical Power Workshop and Dawu Thermal Power Plant. Specifications are the pressure of 0.6MPa, the temperature of 160 ℃ saturated steam. The amount of steam used is as follows:

1.52m²/h, about 10940t/a; about 0.73t steam/t product.

The total production capacity of the device is 15,000 tons of comprehensive products, and the annual standard comprehensive energy consumption of the device is 2204.5tce/a.

The comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of the device: 2204.5tce÷15000t=0.147tce/t (product).

There is no situation that exceeds the energy consumption limit standard of unit product.

Use, production and disposal of toxic and harmful raw materials:

The raw materials used by our company are epichlorohydrin, liquid caustic soda, bisphenol A, neopentyl glycol, trimethylolpropane, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, purified terephthalic acid, triphenyl phosphite, Trimellitic anhydride, catalyst, curing accelerator, etc. Among them, epichlorohydrin belongs to category 6.1 toxic substances (not highly toxic chemicals), with an annual consumption of 4,000 tons. The fugitive emission is 0.039t/a.

In the production process of our company, some solid wastes will be generated directly and indirectly, among which the sewage treatment station sludge (5.3t/a), waste activated carbon (1.6t/a) and waste heat transfer oil (0.6t/a) belong to the category of hazardous waste. The production and transfer of hazardous wastes in our company are all registered and filed, and the hazardous wastes will be handed over to a qualified hazardous waste disposal company for disposal after the Environmental Protection Bureau applies for the transfer of hazardous wastes.

Our company implements environmental risk prevention and control in accordance with the instructions and requirements of superior documents, regularly conducts environmental protection knowledge training for employees, formulates emergency plans for environmental emergencies, and regularly organizes emergency drills for environmental emergencies.
