According to the "Zibo City Chemical Industry Safety Production Transformation and Upgrading Special Action Work Plan", it is required to "adhere to green environmental protection, safe and healthy development, adhere to the concept of green development, and take "green chemical industry" as the guide to promote clean raw materials, green processes, and production process information. It is necessary to ensure the safety, environmental protection and energy saving of all links in the whole production process, and form a green chemical industry system.” In response to the call for chemical safety transformation and upgrading activities in Zibo City, Shandong Tianmai Chemical Co., Ltd. carried out the overall upgrading and transformation of automation, safety and environmental protection for the existing equipment, so as to improve the safety, environmental protection, energy saving and production efficiency of the equipment. The production capacity of the original plant has been increased from an annual output of 5,000 tons of polyester resin and 10,000 tons of epoxy resin to an annual output of 20,000 tons of polyester resin and 20,000 tons of epoxy resin after technological transformation to improve production efficiency.

The total investment of the technical transformation project with an annual output of 20,000 tons of polyester resin and 20,000 tons of epoxy resin is 50 million yuan. The original integrated land on the west side of the factory area is 9.06 mu, and the raw material tank area on the north side of the factory area is moved to the west side of the factory area. 1 intelligent three-dimensional warehouse, 3 new solid raw material silos in the middle of the factory area, workshop automation upgrade and optimization and process optimization, 1 new fully automatic mechanized packaging line for epoxy resin and 1 polyester resin, and new MVR device processing ring Oxygen resin containing waste water, upgrading and upgrading the sewage station, and comprehensively treating the waste gas of the whole plant.
